Shipping policy
At BAY, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and secure as possible. That's why we work with Shipit, a logistics platform that allows us to ship your orders through the leading courier companies in Chile, guaranteeing speed, coverage, and up-to-date tracking.
Below, we detail how our shipping works:
SHIPPING AREAS
We ship throughout Chile, from Arica to Punta Arenas, including rural areas and hard-to-reach communities.
If your address is not within the standard coverage area, you can write to us at contact@bayswimwear.com and we will find the best alternative to get your order to you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan Region: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Regions (central, north, and south): between 2 and 5 business days.
- Remote or rural areas: between 5 and 7 business days, depending on the location.
Important: During periods of high demand (such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday, or Christmas), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase, based on:

The delivery address
- The weight and volume of the package
This value will be provided before you confirm your purchase. BAY does not apply additional surcharges or commissions on shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING TRACKING
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to check the status of your shipment.
You can track your order in real time through the Shipit system or the assigned courier (such as Chilexpress, Starken, Bluexpress, among others).

DELIVERY
- It is the customer's responsibility to enter the delivery address correctly.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, and is returned to our facilities, a new shipping cost will be charged for the package to be reshipped.
We recommend that you review all the details before confirming your purchase.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHIPMENT
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the estimated delivery time
- Appears as delivered, but you have not received it
- Has a tracking issue
Please email us at contact@bayswimwear.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our customer service team will coordinate with Shipit and the relevant courier to provide you with a solution.
