Yes, provided you meet the following conditions:
- For non-intimate products (such as accessories or clothing that is not for personal use), you can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days of receipt, in perfect condition and with tags intact.
- For intimate personal use products (such as bikinis), for hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in the shipment.
According to Chile's Electronic Commerce Law, you have 10 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product is not for intimate use and is in its original condition.
